VoIP-SB can rent and/or borrow clients telephone equipment, servers, computers, Proxis, PBX, PeBX, Ip-Phones, adapters, and other necessary equipment for the development of a better communication system for its clients.  AT all times, the client understands that all the equipments collocated in their business whether it is borrowed or rented, it does not belong to them, but its a property of VoIP-SB, and must be returned to VoIP-SB whenever it is requested by VoIP-SB, on the contrary, the client accepts to pay a daily rent by the amount of $75 for each one of those equipments. Non-Availability of Traditional 911 or E911 Service:
END USER MUST MAINTAIN AN ALTERNATE MEANS OF REQUESTING EMERGENCY SERVICES. END USER acknowledges and understands that COMPANY does NOT support traditional 911 and E911 access to emergency services. The limited emergency response service provided by us differs in a number of important ways from traditional 911 and E911 as explained further below (
Terms of Service / Calling Plans). END USER must maintain an alternate means of accessing traditional emergency response services.

IMPORTAN NOTE:  The Business systems and SIP equipment are placed in a structural part made ​​of PSTN telephone cable, internet and electricity, which also depends directly on the power connection and the Internet, which the customer takes responsibility to ensure are configured optimally and in a standard form for its proper functioning.
